So i've stumbled upon an old post in this blog in which the other guy put several of his favorite lectures from Yale online courses. I thought it was a good idea. And i wanted to do it too. The problem was - i've never really watched Yale Online Courses. Sure, the Ezra Pound and T.S. Eliot lecture are amongst my favorite of all time, but beyond that - i've never really tipped into a loophole that is Yale Online Courses. Up until the point when I saw that post.

I like watching online lectures. I watch them as a background while web-surfing. I watch them when i need to learn something fast and certain. I watch them when i have nothing else to do. And I urge you to do the same.

In this post (which i hope will start the series) i will leave several video lectures from Yale Online Courses that i find of particular interest. Titles are self-explanatory so i will hold myself off commenting any further.

Literary hoax as an act of protest

Sometimes it's curious to be fooled. Especially when it's not about money. Mainly because after that you can recreate your favorite moment from The Who's "Won't Be Fooled Again" - which is Roger Daltrey's seminal title check and piercing "Yeah!"-scream. You get a little bit wiser, little bit better because of it. You gain experience. And after that you can go on with your life like nothing happened. It may or may not bring a smile on your face much later on a certain occasion. You can also put your sunglasses on in the same time, but you're definitely better than that.
